Issue 2 - http://thatfakemagazine.com
A recent self initiated short portfollio project…I’m currently working for Emma Cook, her photo realistic prints often feature wildlife, so I decided to base this collection on the Ostrich. Taking elements from the birds body and creating ornate and abstract prints.
I was lucky enough to have some of my work featured in Fake magazines 2nd Issue. Please have a look on their website and buy it! Its a totally non- profit magazine which features new graduate fashion/art/photography, started by the talented stylist Sophie Benson.
FAKE is a collaborative project started by a fashion stylist and a graphic designer. The inspiration behind the publication was discovering that there was a wealth of unseen talent amongst our peers. We realised we had the perfect opportunity to showcase young, gifted, independent creatives. Not only this, there were a lot of interesting projects happening under the radar that we believed deserved more recognition. This magazine serves the purpose of promoting such ventures, taking FAKE in a different direction to other magazines that are found on news stands.
Press from GFW - Met the editor of Fake magazine, possibley doing some editorials with the magazine this July, fingers crossed !
